Bayo beans (organic)
John Outler
Only one "Blue Bayo" note...

We love love love these beans! Our only issue is that they we use them up so fast. Using this forum to request that our esteemed bean merchants at PB begin offering larger quantities. It's a great way to cut down on packaging (by unit weight) and keep your loyal customers tethered (so that we don't go looking for bulk elsewhere) ;)

So happy to hear you've been enjoying our Bayo beans :) Thank you for the great suggestion - we are working on expanding our offerings!

Fresh and so tasty!

Primary Beans are my new favorite brand. They are so beautiful and flavorful. I also love the recipes on the website. Thank you!

Repeat purchase

I don't use beans all that often, but these are now a 3x repeat purchase for me. I'm not a bean expert, but I appreciate that they get nice and plump but also retain their shape even after a (very) long cooking process in my chili recipe. I haven't cooked them solo yet to get a real "taste test", but I have managed to go through 2 packages already, while some of my other Primary Beans (less suited for chili) remain shelved.

As a layman, these are my favorite beans so far.

Beautiful Beans

I bought them because they look pretty. Luckily they are delicious on their own, and great in chili too!

I mean, just look at those pretty beans.

Loved the beans and they will be a permanent part of my meal prep Sundays!

I made the cannellini beans and they were delicious! It was so convenient (and nutritious) to add the beans to salads and and have as a side all week! The cooking liquid added so much flavor and character to my soups and veggies too! What an upgrade!! Highly recommend!!

Truly Outshines Kidney Beans

Made these in a pressure cooker then used for the Frijoles Colorados (but I veganized the recipe). Love the flavor, a great hearty bean for stews, creamy and delicious.
