Anthony Gonzalez – newer to farming compared to many of the century-old farms – is committed to land stewardship. He grows Orca, a northwest favorite that is well adapted to the cool Washington climate. He also raises cattle and uses rotational grazing – so that cattle can enrich the soil as they graze.

Best Beans By Far

My pantry is now full of these beautiful beans. Not only colorful but delicious. The baby butter beans are delicate and creamy and the orca bans are amazing. As a vegan beans are my go to. They give me plenty of energy . I'll definitely be ordering again soon.

Very tasty. Cooked in pressure cooker with usual seasonings. Served over brown rice and topped with andouille sausage.

Best Beans Ever !!

We have been thoroughly enjoying every bean we have had, Preferred method is 24hr soak then instapot. The descriptions on the packages have been spot on. I like to mix two types for extra fun. We eat beans most days so having all these amazing options has been a game changer
