Why we chose it

Cranberry beans, with their striking maroon speckles and ultra creamy texture, are the ultimate gateway to becoming a bean person. They're a celebrated staple in countless cuisines, from hearty Northern Italian stews to vibrant Mexican moles. As the leaves turn golden and the air crisps, we think Cranberry offers a comforting warmth and richness that perfectly embodies the spirit of fall. Whether simmered as brothy beans or tossed in a warm salad, their nutty taste and rich broth makes them the ideal ingredient to celebrate the season's bounty.
