Loved the beans and they will be a permanent part of my meal prep Sundays!

I made the cannellini beans and they were delicious! It was so convenient (and nutritious) to add the beans to salads and and have as a side all week! The cooking liquid added so much flavor and character to my soups and veggies too! What an upgrade!! Highly recommend!!

Anasazi, oh yes.

Kept my first experience simple with classic flavorings. Delicious bowl enhanced with lemon juice, a swirl of olive oil and some grated romano. Will be trying variations as I work through this first pot.

I’m a convert!

I don’t think I can ever go back to canned or regular dry beans. These are so flavorful and delicious. I cooked them with bone broth - and on my electric stove they took over 3 hours. But it was well worth the wait!!
