Semolina Artisanal Pasta was founded in LA by Leah Ferrazzani with the goal of crafting organic dried pasta with American ingredients that rivaled the best from Italy. By sourcing organic semolina from farms in North Dakota and Montana, drying at low temperatures, and minimizing food waste from start to finish, this small batch-pasta is made with great care for the flavor, community and the environment.
Sana Javeri Kadri launched Diaspora Co. in 2017 with a single spice, Pragati Turmeric, and a big dream– to grow a radically delicious and equitable spice trade. Now, with 30 of South Asia’s freshest and most fragrant single-origin spices and counting, they’ve paved the way for consumers to better spot quality spices and deepen their understanding and appreciation of the rich, complex diaspora through food.
