Founded by Israeli-natives and husband/wife team, Ron and Leetal Arazi, New York Shuk is a purveyor of Middle Eastern Pantry staples: hand-crafted spice blends, preserved lemons, rich harissa pastes, and more. Their mission is to share the vibrant traditional foods the founders grew up eating. Shuk means "market" in Hebrew– the center of a community.
