I am a lifelong vegetarian and have tried many, many beans....these are truly the best I’ve ever had! I took a leap and ordered the all the beans set, and am so glad I did. I am working my way through each of them with soups, stews, rice and beans, homemade hummus, and the list goes on. I had no idea that recently harvested beans would have SO much more flavor than regular dried or canned beans. The taste is much richer than any beans I’ve used before. I am also happy to support a woman-led business that supports small growers and sustainable harvesting. Win win for me, and I will definitely be back for more!!
