Creamiest beans and no gas! Truly

I cooked them low and slow, seasoned. Added sautéed onions, mushroom (lots) and kale all chopped. Creamiest soup I heve ever made. So delicious. And no gas, really, honestly, truly!

Frijoles Fritos

As a first gen Mexican-American, I love making frijoles de la olla or fry them up for frijoles fritos. It is a staple every week in my home, but once I started a more conscious lifestyle I realized there aren’t many options for organic beans-specifically, Peruvian beans. I actually had to Google that Mayocoba beans are what most Latinos refer to as frijoles peruanos. Anyways, I am SO happy I found Primary Beans! I made my fresh batch of beans and fried some up for dinner and did not tell my fiancé I swapped the brand of beans I buy. He immediately complemented my beans and said they were MUCH creamier and buttery than my usual. They taste so much better than just a regular bag of beans, you can seriously tell they are so clean and pure. Can’t rave about these frijoles enough!
