Another great organic bean from your collection

I'm finding that my (aging) body really prefers organic foods (and dislikes whatever residues of fertilizer or pesticides remains on the non-organic). As a result, your variety of organic beans are perfect for me. I wasn't raised in a bean-eating home, but I'm quickly learning how to do it with your beans. Not having to soak them is a great benefit because I can create a big Dutch oven full of beans and broths and let them simmer while I do other things. Then I portion them into small-ish glass containers for the freezer and top off with the bean juices. (I also save any leftover juice in a separate freezer container as if it was a sourdough starter for a future pot. Thanks for your beans and all your tips about how to make and use them!

Really.

Delicious!

I make weekly bean soup from this or other Primary Beans. I use homemade chicken broth, cumin, coriander, brown rice and some cooked bacon. Fabulous

Primary Beans

I gave family and friends a pound of beans as part of their holiday gift. Everyone was pleased with the gift and wanted to know more about the company. I also made Pasta e Fagioli for Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone raved about it. I bought the $85 special last year and need to order beans again soon. Beans are a diet regular.

Great No soak, freshly harvested, healthy, beans

I used flora de junior and two other types Baya and another one in two types of chili recently. Each were delicious and you could taste the freshness.

Canning beans

I canned 4 pints to have on hand for refried beans. We ate the rest- they are so much tastier than store bought!

Delicious

All the bens are delicious. I like them soaked and pressure cooked. I followed your suggestions fir not soaking and your pressure time and they were still hard. Soaking first makes them perfect.
